Experience this ancient wisdom stream for women’s expansion, confidence, sovereignty, and awakening… Learn through your embodied exploration why these feminine practices are still alive, pulsing, and practiced, from over 2000 years of whispers, yogini to yogini… to meet you today.
Over the past 30+ years, I’ve developed my unique methodology which guides women to their unbound, innate feminine radiance and power, “Shakti;” conveying Ancient Feminine Wisdom for Modern Women through the disciplines of dance, yoga, and empowerment practices.
Be ready to move your body & stimulate your Shakti! I’ll give a generous sampling of my format, fusing various branches of yoga, sacred dance, belly dance, and nearly forgotten secrets & practices of the Yogini Temple Dancers.
Come adorned for sacred movement, divine expression, soulful reclamation, courageous feminine play. We will unravel, bust boundaries, cultivate grace and strength, while dancing to your birthright and reunion with your innate divinity.
